Submit soft copy or presentation with printed design copy. |
What happen client cancels the work after back and forth several time?
If the needs are cancelled a payment of taka 5,000 will charged or after 3 Correction and Revision additional cost increased 10% of actual cost.

Final Delivery of Art work with printed copies. End product/Supplies. We deliver the completed work to you. Job is COMPLETE.
Our Work Process
Need Agency brief with complete details regarding company & marketing strategy.
Haedoffice will submit 3(three) unique concept or root along with our creative.
You the client choose one design from three different concepts that we will exclusively develop for your company.
We accept your concept and do a detail design based on the selected idea. At that time client must give 40% advance.
Need 7 working days to complete designs after approval.
Dummy charge will be calculated based on client need.
After six designs for any alteration additional charge will be calculated according to studio overhead which is @200/hour.
At the time of approval, cancellation of work will not reason to refund advance.
Must ensure the final payment with in 2 (two) weeks after delivery.
